Woolf Zoom App Documentation

Quick Start - Syncing Zoom with your account

  1. On your home dashboard, you'll see a card prompting you to sync your Zoom account with your Woolf account.

  3. If you already dismissed this card, navigate to settings by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the browser; you will then see the above card.
  4. When you click 'Sync', Zoom will prompt you to sign in, and sync with the email address you use to log in at Woolf

Installation

The email address you use for Woolf will need to be the same email address for the Zoom account that you link to Woolf.

  1. On your home dashboard, you'll see a card prompting you to sync your Zoom account with your Woolf account.

    Scroll until you see the 'Sync with Zoom' card.

  5. When you click 'Sync', Zoom will prompt you to sign in, and sync with the email address you use to log in at Woolf.

Usage

After you have connected your Zoom account, teachers can host calls, and students can join calls

  1. Initiating Zoom calls as a teacher, for your study cohort

  3. Accepting Zoom calls as a student, when they are initiated by the teacher of your study cohort

Uninstallation - disconnecting Woolf and Zoom

  1. Sign in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Woolf app
  3. Click the Woolf app
  4. Click Uninstall
