What happens after I apply to course at Woolf?

When you submit your application to a course, your complete profile and application become visible to all the organisation administrators and faculty members teaching that course. You can sit back and wait for admission offers. Here is what is happening behind the scenes:

  1. Organisation administrators review applications to ensure they meet the minimum eligibility requirements
  2. Approved applications are forwarded to each faculty members in the organisation that teaches the course
  3. Each faculty member on the course receives a notification with the application, and can review the applications according to the stated acceptance criteria
  4. When an application is approved by a faculty member, then the students receives an invitation to enrol in the course –
  5. A student may receive multiple invitations to enrol but may accept only one
  6. After enrolment, the application is withdrawn from any remaining tutors or colleges
