- If the program matches an existing license, then the changes will likely be mostly administrative. (A course title change here, redistribute some hours there.)
- If a program nearly matches a license, then perhaps you will need to develop some more content to get to the desired degree level.
- If a program partially matches a license but has additional specialized content, then sometimes we can add a new specialization to an existing license. This requires a regulatory filing, but a less onerous one than filing for a full degree.
