Often organizations are able to align their offerings with courses and degrees that Woolf has already licensed. In those situations, the member college can launch that degree almost immediately, and there is no additional regulatory cost. When a member college wants to teach in an entirely new area, or wants to teach a degree in a highly specific way, then sometimes a new regulatory filing is required. In these cases, it can take 6-8 months to secure a license, and there are additional regulatory costs.
